Great artwork. It has smooth animation and has a lot of detail in it, even though it's short.

I've never played League Of Legends, but I still like the animation. It's entertaining.

I like the way his face turns into a Troll Face type thing, and the Tankman plush.

Smooth animation, I'm not into this kind of stuff and was just going through under-judgement animations, but still, real smooth. Kinda weird how their clothes just evaporate.

I'm planning on doing morph targets on clothes on later models, but it already took a lot of hours just to model the ones she is currently wearing, so for now... magic happens!

Whats up with the blue things on Cappy?

I think he would've looked better if made in pixel art, like Mario and Luigi.

And the ground could be changed to look like the ground in world 1-1 on the original NES Mario Bros, same goes with putting the clouds in the sky. And maybe some bushes too.

Honestly, this thing would've been better as some sort of comic instead of an animation, because it looks like it has around 5 fps.

It still seems to be ok, so it should make it past judgement.

Shouldn't you make it an image instead?
Also, You might need to take more time on creating art. His hands look like needles, and his pants kinda look like... yknow, testicles. Which I don't think you were going for, but it really does look like that.
